Red Carpet Green Dress Competition

In my sustainable fashion class we will be working on an entry for the Red Carpet, Green Dress Competition. Last year a student from my school, Jillian Granz, won the contest and Suszy Cameron, wife of James Cameron creator of Avatar, wore her design at the Oscars!

The project has only be vaguely introduced, but I've already started planning. Designing in a sustainable way takes much thought and consideration of all the details - from fabric choice and source to dye methods to construction.
