I LOVE Asparagus!

In honor of Asparagus Season I would like to pay tribute to my most favorite vegetable.

Top 5 Reasons Why I Love Asparagus:

1) The green color, it's just so pretty!

2) The way it tastes fresh from the garden.

3) The way it tastes fresh out of the can. :)

4) Making a sauce out of mayo and lemon juice to put on top...

- Please do try this - it's absolutely delicious!

5) It's such a photogenic veggie, I would hang a picture of it in my kitchen!

    I threw some chopped up asparagus in our stir fry last night. Delicious!

    I am also a lover of asparagus. I just pop it in the oven with some extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and salt&pepper and it's perfect!

    OMG I LOVE ASPARAGUS !!!!! Although asparagus in the can just doesn't cut it for me.Give me the fresh teeny tiny thin strips and I'm in heaven !!! ....asparagus omlette....asparagus francais....asparagus steamed...asparagus roasted...asparagus with a honey mustard glaze.....vegetable heaven !

    Those recipe cards are a HOOT !
