AKA - Very Simple Banana Bread Recipe (2 loaves):
*4-6 Bananas - overly ripened
* 2/3 cup melted butter
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 eggs - beaten
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* Dash of salt
* 3 cups all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350*

Preheat oven to 350*
Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla
Sprinkle salt and baking soda over mixture then mix in
Add in the flour last and mix again
Cool on rack
Enjoy.

Yum. Love banana bread. I just need to save up some actual brown bananas so I can make it! They get eaten too fast in my house ;) Thanks for the recipe.

Totally our favorite quick bread in this house ! I used to buy banana jam from a vendor at a craft fair years ago and lost track of them and still miss the stuff. Absolutely delish !!!
