Easy Banana Bread! To-Do Thursday Style

What to do when you buy way too many bananas and then don't eat them all in time...

AKA - Very Simple Banana Bread Recipe (2 loaves):

Gather all of your ingredients:
*4-6 Bananas - overly ripened
* 2/3 cup melted butter
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 eggs - beaten
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* Dash of salt
* 3 cups all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350*


Combine the butter & bananas in a large bowl


Mush with a wooden spoon


Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla
Sprinkle salt and baking soda over mixture then mix in
Add in the flour last and mix again

Grease your loaf pans
Divide batter evenly between the two of them
Bake for 1 hour


Cool on rack
Enjoy.

    I used to bake banana bread like every week because my dad would always buy them but no one ate them.

  6. Totally our favorite quick bread in this house ! I used to buy banana jam from a vendor at a craft fair years ago and lost track of them and still miss the stuff. Absolutely delish !!!
