I don't remember which magazine I was reading, but I stumbled upon an ad for a fragrance promoted by a celebrity. It was one of those where I spent a little bit longer looking at the ad and wondering, "Why?" We've all had those moments - Why is this product being endorsed by so and so?! Sometimes we wonder this because of something the person has done in the past, but most of the time it's because the person just doesn't seem to have any connection to the product whatsoever. . .
Please enjoy my top 5 Strangest Celebrity scents!
------
5 - Cher During her days in the spotlight Cher had this perfume called Uninhibited. It was produced for only 2 years starting back in 1987 and was released just before her self-titled album "Cher" was released.
According to Wikipedia: Uninhibited Perfume has top notes of bergamot, orange oil and aldehydic accords. Middle notes of heliotrope, ylang-ylang, geranium, jasmine, rose, and tabac. Dry down notes of cerdarwood, musk, sandalwood, vanilla, and vetiver.
- To me it sounds like the creator couldn't make up their mind and just picked everything.
4 - Prince The fragrance of Prince - Get Wild - only lasted a while. He was sued for having a name that related too closely to another scent.
This packaging in quite interesting...
3 - Jeff Gordon Halston Z-14, a review I found described this scent as potent. I just think it's really strange that someone would want to smell like a racecar driver...
2 - Michael Jackson This is the list of scents endorsed by MJ - Mystique de Michael Jackson, Legende de Michael Jackson, Magic Beat Unwind, Magic Beat Heartbeat, Magic Beat Wildfire, Michael Jackson Mystery. Is this really necessary?? You can smell like Michael Jackson 6 times!
The packaging is just lovely - isn't it?
1 - Kiss Lucky Us! Scents for both Men & Women! Who wouldn't want to smell like this rock group?

I hope you've been inspired to go out and buy some obscure new perfume or cologne!
Have a great day!
